Is Hell Healers free to play?
Yes — Hell Healers is completely free to play on Steam with no microtransactions or battle pass. All 20 healers and all game content are available from launch.
What platforms is Hell Healers on?
Currently Windows PC via Steam. Recoil Mojo has not announced console versions. The system requirements page covers the minimum and recommended specs.
How many healers are in Hell Healers?
20 distinct healers at launch, each with unique combat mechanics and spell networks. Examples include Briar Matron (living garden), Threadkeeper (stitch network), and Mirror Saint (beam reflections).
How does co-op work in Hell Healers?
2-player online co-op. You can team up with one other player to purify enemies and survive waves together. Difficulty scales for co-op play.
What is the core gameplay loop?
Purify enemies to turn them into allies, combine blessings and ability evolutions to shape your run, and survive swarming enemies and bosses. Every purification changes the fight.
How do I unlock new healers?
New healers are unlocked through gameplay progression. Each healer has unique mechanics — some excel at melee, others at ranged control. Experiment to find your playstyle.
What are blessings and spells?
Blessings are passive upgrades that modify your healer's abilities. Spells are active abilities you use in combat. Combining different blessings and spells creates unique builds.
Are there bosses in Hell Healers?
Yes — towering bosses appear at the end of runs. Each boss requires different strategies and healer compositions. Boss pages cover mechanics and step-by-step tactics.
How long is a typical run?
Runs vary based on your build and skill level. Early runs may last 15-30 minutes; experienced players can push much longer. The roguelite structure means each run is different.
Does Hell Healers have achievements?
Yes — Steam achievements are available. Achievement guides cover unlock requirements and strategies for each one.
What makes each healer different?
Each of the 20 healers has unique combat mechanics. Briar Matron grows a living garden, Threadkeeper weaves stitch networks, Mirror Saint redirects beams through reflections. Build around roses, mirrors, spirits, resonance, heat and more.
Is there a tier list for healers?
The game launched on September 28, 2026 — healer tier lists are still being developed by the community as players discover optimal builds and synergies. Check back soon for updated rankings.
